The Job Shadow Program provides students aged 13 to 19 with a unique opportunity to explore the workplace. By shadowing industry professionals, they gain valuable insights into different fields, helping them discover and define their career paths. This experience not only builds confidence and practical skills but also prepares them to thrive in the job market. Through this program, we are shaping the leaders of tomorrow—equipping young minds with the knowledge and exposure needed for success.

We explored a lot of about the working capital, its components, and importance to the business. As part of the day's discussion, I took her through what we do in our industry; a deeper understanding of financial statements and gave her some sample documents about early-stage firms. By the end of the day, she was able to explain to the team what we do, the components of financial statements, and a brief overview of early-stage firms.

Throughout the day, I demonstrated how we conduct research on various topics and clients, helping Jerome improve his research skills.
